Robert Franklin (D) and Kwanza Hall (D) will face each other in a December 1, 2020 runoff election.

The winner of this race will serve the remainder of Lewis’ Congressional term through January 3, 2021. Since no candidate received at least 50% of the vote, the top two contenders advanced to the December 1st runoff election.
